A recent announcement has been made concerning a breast cancer vaccine effectiveness and safety factor.
The Dendreon Corporation's Neuvenge is made using immune cells from the cancer patient; the company also produces the Provenge prostate cancer vaccine.
Researchers are considering Neuvenge safe in women with the advanced part of the disease and actually show signs of slowing down the cancer tumors.
